In this video we see a motorcyclist crusing the streets of who knows where (Russia?) and then we see another motorcyclist decide to do a quick weave and his child suffers the consequences. The worst part about it is the parent doesn't even seem to notice the "lack of child" on his motorcycle. But, the video really ends to early to known for sure.
