Rolls Royce has released it's special edition Art Deco Phantom Drop Top Couple today at the Paris Auto Show 2012. The exterior and interior of the car has been completely redone. As you can see it comes with a customer baby blue paint scheme. The interior color matches the exterior color. The power plan remains unchanged.
